Gemini adds visible-watermark control for generated media
Image: Primary Google's Gemini app is rolling out a Media Watermarks setting that lets users turn visible watermarks on or off for newly generated images, videos and music, Digital Trends reported. The setting applies to output made with Nano Banana, Omni and Lyria. Google continues to embed invisible SynthID watermarks and C2PA metadata regardless of the visible setting. In India, South Korea and Vietnam, the option is limited to paid AI Ultra subscribers, while work and school accounts cannot use it.
