Bloomberg reports that London-based AI infrastructure startup Nscale is in talks to raise as much as $3.5 billion ahead of a planned IPO. The proposed financing includes up to $2 billion from Nvidia, according to the report. Nscale is a cloud-computing firm focused on artificial intelligence.
