xpander makes enterprise agent control platform generally available

The company says its vendor-neutral control plane can run agents across models, frameworks and infrastructure while providing permissions, logging, identity controls and self-deployment options. xpander's claims of framework neutrality and its reported GAIA score have not been independently validated, and its proprietary control plane may itself create migration dependence.
