AWS and Amazon MGM plan generative-AI film fund and production platform

Amazon Web Services is working with Amazon MGM Studios on a generative-AI film fund and an AI production platform for participating up-and-coming filmmakers, according to Bloomberg. AWS executive Samira Bakhtiar discussed the initiative as part of an effort to reach more Gen Z viewers through mobile entertainment.
