Alliant agrees to acquire benefits-platform company Nava
Image: Primary Alliant Insurance Services has agreed to acquire Nava Benefits, a New York employee-benefits broker that operates a proprietary platform connecting producers, service teams, HR departments and employees. Financial terms were not disclosed. Nava's HQ platform is designed for renewal quoting and scenario modelling in real time, and the company serves about 70,000 members, according to reporting on its prior funding. Nava says its AI resolves 81 percent of member-support inquiries.
