Harworth signs exclusivity deal for UK data-center powered land
Image: DCD Harworth Group said it has entered an exclusivity agreement with an unnamed data-center provider to sell a powered UK land site. The company did not identify the site or disclose transaction terms, but said it has an accepted power connection offer and planning prospects. Harworth said its prior Skelton Grange sale and the proposed transaction together represent 400MW of current capacity, while other portfolio sites have further connection offers or potential availability.
