UAE-based consumer fintech Sav raised a $3.5 million pre-Series A round led by Phoenix Venture Partners, according to the company's announcement. Sav says its platform aggregates financial accounts and supports savings, investments, credit, payments and other products through a single ecosystem. The company said the round brings total funding to about $6 million and will fund expansion into Saudi Arabia, product development, AI infrastructure and customer acquisition across the Gulf Cooperation Council.
