Cloudflare lets Workers accounts default deployments to private
Image: Primary Cloudflare said customers can now apply Cloudflare Access directly to an individual Worker or across every Worker in an account.
The new account-level policy can require company-login authentication for preview deployments, production deployments or both, while a Worker-level policy applies authentication across its associated domains and URLs. Cloudflare said authenticated requests can also expose a user's email, name and groups to application code through the Worker context.
The company said the feature is available to everyone and includes an option to exempt a specific Worker from an account-wide policy.
