Amazon adds shopping tab to Prime Video X-Ray and Lens-powered Shop the Scene

Amazon announced new shopping features that place retail directly inside its entertainment and camera products. A Shop tab is being added to Prime Video's X-Ray feature, surfacing related products while viewers watch shows. Separately, the Shopping app gains Shop the Scene, a feature powered by Amazon Lens. The company framed the additions as making it easier to shop while watching television. The announcement covers feature scope only; Amazon did not disclose pricing, availability dates, or which regions receive the tools first.
