AWS reportedly makes OpenAI GPT-5.6 models available through Bedrock in India
Image: Primary AWS has announced general availability of OpenAI's GPT-5.6 Terra and GPT-5.6 Luna models through Amazon Bedrock in India, according to NewsBytes.
The report says inference will run on AWS infrastructure located in the country and remain under existing AWS security and governance controls. It describes Terra as a general enterprise model and Luna as intended for high-volume, latency-sensitive work. The report also says revised Bedrock pricing reduces Luna costs by up to 80% and Terra costs by up to 20%.
