Have I Been Flocked?, an independent website operated as part of Footnote4a, now lets drivers search publicly released audit logs for queries in Flock Safety's license-plate system. As of Aug. 17, it had compiled nearly 242 million searches involving more than 4.6 million plates, the article says. A result indicates a Flock user queried a plate, not that a driver was investigated; the database is incomplete and can contain delayed or redacted records.
