Fomo has acquired on-chain data aggregator and infrastructure company Mobula in a $17 million transaction, AlleyWatch reported. Certain Mobula team members will join fomo, including cofounder Sacha Marcus, CTO Sacha Delhoux and Head of Infrastructure Cyril Conan. Mobula provides market, wallet and metadata data through REST, GraphQL and SQL interfaces. Fomo said it will further develop the acquired technology to improve reliability and performance as it reduces reliance on fragmented third-party data providers.
