AWS said Claude Fable 5.1 became available last week through Amazon Bedrock and Claude Platform on AWS. AWS describes the model as intended for long-running work across coding, scientific research and enterprise workflows. Anthropic has classified it as a Covered Model, and AWS says prompts and outputs may be retained for up to 30 days and reviewed by Amazon personnel under a new aws_review data-retention mode. AWS said Bedrock does not share customer data with the model provider under its legacy provider_data_share mode.
