Abwaab acquires Egypt's Eduact to add educator software
Image: Primary Abwaab has acquired Egyptian education-software provider Eduact, expanding beyond direct-to-student digital learning into tools for teachers and physical learning centres, according to the report. Financial terms were not disclosed. Eduact's software supports content, assessments, grading, payments and workflows spanning classroom and digital learning. The companies plan to integrate its technology into Abwaab's wider platform and use Abwaab's regional presence to reach more educators.
