AI security startup AIR emerged from stealth with $50 million raised across two seed rounds, according to TechCrunch. AIR says its platform discovers agents in company environments, vets their skills, plug-ins, MCP servers and add-ons, and can block interactions that fail its security criteria. The company says it has more than 20 customers and filters out about 27% of online add-ons and skills it finds. Competing vendors already offer related controls.
