Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Communications and Information Technology announced 11 investment and technology deals and initiatives worth a combined $293 million on the third day of LEAP 2026 in Riyadh, according to EntArabi. The announcements included about $126.15 million in technology-company funding rounds and investments, plus $166.7 million for investment funds. ULA Capital and Future Play announced a $100 million fund for deep-tech opportunities between Saudi Arabia and South Korea, while Impact46 expanded its SME financing fund from $26.7 million to $66.7 million.
