ServiceNow is acquiring Israeli startup Sweep for about $400 million, according to Geektime as reported by Israel Defense; a ServiceNow spokesperson confirmed the acquisition but declined to discuss financial terms. Sweep develops software that maps enterprise-system metadata, dependencies, workflows and permissions into a unified graph across platforms including Salesforce, ServiceNow and Snowflake. The report says its metadata agents support code documentation, system monitoring, process analysis and permission management. Sweep, founded in 2021, has around 90 employees and has raised approximately $57.6 million.
