iPronics has raised €107.57 million ($125 million) in Series B funding for its silicon-photonics optical circuit-switching business for AI data centers. Maverick Silicon and Light Street Capital co-led the round, and Nvidia participated. The Valencia-based company said it will use the capital to scale operations and commercial deployments of its rack-mounted iPronics ONE optical switch, while building its U.S. presence from Santa Clara. The company says the platform provides programmable optical connectivity, telemetry and APIs for AI infrastructure.
