AWS adds Timestream for InfluxDB in eight regions

Amazon Timestream for InfluxDB is now available in eight additional AWS regions, including Cape Town, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Hyderabad, Melbourne, Seoul, Zurich and Tel Aviv. The managed database service supports real-time time-series applications through open-source InfluxDB APIs. AWS says the offering includes Multi-AZ availability, read replicas, enhanced durability and multi-node scaling, with deployments ranging from a single node to a 15-node Enterprise cluster. Customers can create databases through the service console, CLI or SDKs.
