Z.ai opens GLM-5.3 API at GLM-5.2 token rates

The posted rate is $1.40 per million input tokens and $4.40 per million output tokens, unchanged from GLM-5.2. Developers on the prior GLM Coding Plan remain limited to that protocol; Z.ai has not set a date or license for open model weights.
