IO500 moves Sugon storage submission off Production list, restoring Aurora to first

The IO500 Committee removed SCNet's Sugon-based storage submission from its Production IO500 list after the entry did not meet the highest reproducibility standard, citing a lack of widely available architectural details and limited general availability of the ParaStor file system. The submission was transferred to the Research IO500 list, and Argonne National Laboratory's Aurora system, running Intel Optane Persistent Memory, SSDs and the open-source DAOS file system, was restored to the top Production position. IO500 ranks HPC storage systems by I/O performance, and its Production list requires documented, generally available architectures that can be independently examined and reproduced.
