TrueFoundry has released TrueForge, an MIT-licensed agent harness that can be self-hosted, modified and used with developers' preferred models. The company says its tests on DevRev's Enterprise-Bench completed 11 of 14 tasks with GLM-5.2 at 75% less cost than Claude Managed Agents; using Opus 4.8 in both harnesses, it claims roughly 30% lower cost. TrueForge can run locally or move to Docker Compose or Helm deployments with Postgres and Redis.
