Bitzero Holdings Inc. announced a collaboration with Vertiv on Monday to add critical power and cooling expertise to its data-center development platform. Bitzero said the relationship expands its access to proven technologies and engineering capabilities intended to accelerate project execution for AI, high-performance-compute and hyperscale data centers. Vertiv is a global leader in critical digital infrastructure including advanced liquid-cooling design. The collaboration is the latest addition to a deliberately assembled ecosystem of technical, engineering and supply-chain providers following previously announced partnerships. Vertiv's technologies are expected to serve as a key pillar within Bitzero's broader execution platform. Both companies framed the relationship around reducing the time required to bring new compute clusters online. Bitzero Founder and CEO Mohammed Bakhashwain said Vertiv further enhances the company's technical depth across critical power, thermal management and infrastructure solutions while strengthening supply chain capabilities. Paul Ryan, president for Europe, Middle East and Africa at Vertiv, said successfully scaling AI requires end-to-end infrastructure capable of supporting increasingly demanding power and thermal profiles. Bitzero owns four data-center locations across North American and Nordic regions with Nordic assets powered by low-carbon energy sources. The company recently closed a US$25 million private placement and announced its intention to prepay a loan.
