Meta rolls out Muse Spark 1.3 with prior reasoning settings

The company's max reasoning configuration remains in additional safety testing and has no listed API provider, according to Artificial Analysis. Meta reported that xhigh scored 61 on Artificial Analysis's Intelligence Index, while retaining Spark 1.2's standard token prices. The source also says Meta engineers saw fewer tool calls and tokens in internal coding-workflow comparisons with 1.2.
