WhiteFiber entered a definitive agreement to acquire two industrial properties in Yadkin County, North Carolina, for $60 million and plans to retrofit them into the NC-2 and NC-3 data-center campuses. The company targets at least 60MW of initial gross utility capacity across the sites, with ready-for-service capacity expected in the third quarter of 2027. WhiteFiber says the properties could support about 200MW of combined gross utility capacity over time. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.
