Oura files registration statement for proposed Nasdaq IPO

Oura filed an S-1 registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The preliminary prospectus says the company has applied to list the shares on Nasdaq under the symbol OURA. It does not state the number of shares or an expected price, and says the filing may be amended to delay effectiveness. The securities cannot be sold until the registration statement becomes effective.
