Oura files registration statement for proposed Nasdaq IPO

Oura filed an S-1 registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The preliminary prospectus says the company has applied to list the shares on Nasdaq under the symbol OURA.
