Project publishes CUDA-facing Windows stack for one AMD GPU

GitHub user Speedstu published a Windows setup that uses ZLUDA and AMD's HIP/ROCm components to run CUDA-facing applications on an AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT. The repository says its public path passed CUDA library checks and completed PPO inference and training on that hardware using a pinned software stack. Its scripts download and stage compatibility libraries beside the target application. The validation is project-reported and limited to one RX 9060 XT configuration; it does not claim broad CUDA coverage, and cuDNN/MIOpen is absent from the stable HIP path.
