SAXON Q has opened orders for its SXQ128 and SXQ512 diamond-based quantum systems, according to the company's reported specifications. The company says the SXQ128 is available now and the SXQ512 is scheduled for delivery in the second quarter of 2027. Both use nitrogen-vacancy centers in diamond and are designed to operate at room temperature without cryogenic cooling, vacuum equipment or a specialized laboratory. The systems use multicore architectures rather than one fully entangled register.
