Adobe acquires Indian marketing-workflow startup Rilo Image: Primary
Adobe has acquired India-based marketing-intelligence startup Rilo in a transaction involving licensing and a team acquisition, TechCrunch reported, citing company confirmation. The companies did not disclose terms. Rilo, founded in 2025, built custom workflows for go-to-market teams, including competitor intelligence, content repurposing and distribution, and sales-call analysis. TechCrunch reported that Adobe will integrate some of Rilo's intellectual property and its six-member team. Rilo will shut down and no longer be available to customers. The deal is Adobe's second acquisition from India after its 2023 purchase of Rephrase.ai.
