AWS makes Aurora MySQL 8.4.8 generally available

AWS has made Aurora MySQL-Compatible Edition 8.4.8 generally available in all regions where Aurora MySQL is offered. The release adds post-quantum TLS key exchange options, transaction timeout, multi-source replication and delayed replication, alongside security enhancements and bug fixes. Multi-source replication can consolidate multiple databases into one replica, while delayed replication can preserve an earlier database state after a harmful change. Customers can upgrade in place or through snapshot restore during scheduled maintenance windows.
