VenHub registers shares tied to up to $100 million equity facility

VenHub Global filed an S-1 registration statement covering the resale of up to 24,913,571 common shares, including shares issuable under an equity purchase agreement with Euphoria Capital. The company said it may receive up to $100 million in aggregate gross proceeds from sales of those shares and intends to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes. The preliminary prospectus states that the selling stockholders cannot sell registered securities until the registration statement becomes effective.
