QuantumLight closes $500 million second venture fund
Image: Primary QuantumLight, the algorithmic venture firm co-founded by Revolut's Nik Storonsky, has closed a $500 million second fund. The fund is twice the size of the firm's $250 million debut vehicle from last year.
QuantumLight says it uses a systematic, data-driven model to screen companies at scale and generate quantitative investment decisions rather than relying on traditional partner-led selection. The firm has not detailed its outside backers, and its first fund is too young to have produced exits that would establish the strategy's long-term performance.
