Dash0 announces acquisition of Polar Signals for continuous profiling
Dash0 has announced the acquisition of Berlin-based Polar Signals, adding continuous-profiling technology that traces CPU and memory use to individual functions and lines of code.
Dash0 plans to integrate the capability into its observability platform and use Polar Signals' Great Lakes storage engine as the basis for SignalStore, replacing ClickHouse. The company also plans agentic tools that use profiling data to identify inefficient code and prepare improvement pull requests.
