AWS makes agentic CX designer generally available in nine regions

AWS said Amazon Connect Customer's agentic CX designer is now generally available in nine AWS Regions. The no-code canvas lets business teams define conversation logic, guardrails and integrations, then test and deploy voice and digital self-service experiences. AWS said deterministic workflows can govern outcomes such as eligibility, approvals, routing and compliance, while a language model handles the conversation. The service is available in regions including US East, US West, Canada Central, Tokyo, Seoul, Singapore, Sydney, Frankfurt and London.
