AWS adds Malay evaluations to Amazon Connect Customer

Amazon Connect Customer can now use generative AI to evaluate human and AI agents in Malay. Managers can define evaluation criteria in natural language and receive AI-generated evaluations with justifications in their preferred language. The feature also supports cross-language evaluation, allowing assessments in English when the conversation is in Malay. AWS says the capability is available in eight regions, including Singapore, Tokyo, London and Frankfurt.
