Amazon adds scam-message verification to Alexa for Shopping Image: Primary
Amazon has added a feature to Alexa for Shopping that lets customers ask whether a purported Amazon message is genuine or a scam. Amazon says about 360,000 customers annually contact its customer service team with questions about message authenticity. The feature is available through Amazon's website and mobile app.
