Cuasar Capital and KA URBE IT have formed a partnership to market a proposed data-center campus in Durango, Mexico, according to Data Center Dynamics. The larger planned facility, DC Norte Uno, is designed for up to 300MW of capacity, including 250MW for IT loads, on a 20-hectare site for high-density AI workloads. A second planned facility would provide 7.74MW for edge and industrial loads. Durango's government had previously reported a letter of intent for two Cuasar data centers with about $3.4 billion in combined investment.
